At Éle, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During new collection launches or high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed, but we will always keep you updated.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (U.S. Orders)

We currently ship within the United States only.

Standard Shipping

  • Rate: $5.99
  • Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after shipment
  • Carrier: USPS Ground Advantage or similar service

Express Shipping

  • Rate: $11.99
  • Delivery Time: 1–2 business days after shipment
  • Carrier: USPS Priority Mail or comparable expedited service

Free Shipping

  • Orders of $60 or more qualify for free standard shipping
  • Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Éle is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Éle is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or postal service disruptions.
